   I guess I understand the reason for keeping Mr. Zeigler segregated, now, but I hope after he is convicted you place him in the general population.
   If he did in fact treat that poor child (Baby Grace) like I am reading, the jail population will treat him like he deserves.
   Once convicted, don't give him rights. The only thing he is entitled to is three hots and a cot.
   Just the point of view from a concerned citizen in Denver, Co.
