I would like getting the fugitive reports more, except for the fact that they call anyone who is NOT black, white, lumping Mexicans (mostly) into the same ethnic field as Caucasians! Isn't right to do that. Period. They are not white, they do not for the most part want to be called white. When you look at a picture and a name associated with it, then read that they are listed as white, it is ridiculous. it would make more sense to list each persons ethnic hertiage as they truly are.

The law enforcement agencies are the one's who lump Hispanics and Caucasians togther. We try to correct that when we see it.
Law enforcement today is so much different than 10-20 years ago.  They spend a lot of time and resources trying to be politically correct and protecting themselve from law suits.
We find some departments that are very concientious about providing the media with information and mug shots of criminals, and we find others who secret information and withhold mug shots because they are terrified of lawyers and crooks.
