When he Galveston County District Attorney announced he will not seek the death penalty for the mother and stepfather charged with murdering their daughter, "Baby Grace" who was beaten to death and dumped in the Gulf of Mexico.  A reader in Florida responded by email:
 
  Something is wrong with that logic...and I doubt it has to do with the reason he stated.  How on earth could anyone think you don't pose a threat to the community when you brutally murder your own defenseless child or step child?
